DECORATIVE PAINTING & FAUX FINISHING DVD AND WRITTEN GUIDE
This is a 90 minute dvd with most of the techniques taught on my Introduction to Decorative Painting class. Included techniques are Wall Glazing, Marbling, Wood Graining, Trompe L'oeil Clouds and Crackle Finishes. All products used are from Modern Masters Decorative Painter's Professional Faux and Decorative Paint Products.
Included is an instructional booklet.
SHIMMERSTON DVD
In this 27 minute dvd, various techniques using ShimmerStone are demonstrated and explained. Finishes shown are Tone-on-Tone, Negative layered Stone and Rusted ShimmerStone.
TEXTURES: VENETIAN PLASTER & TEXTURE EFFECTS DVD
In this 67 minute dvd, I demonstrate the basic skip/trowel method of applying Venetian Plaster as well as a Contemporary Brocade Finish, an Old World Knock Down Finish and a Pressed Metal Finish using Venetian Plaster and Texture Effects.
SKIMSTONE DVD
In this 36 minute dvd, basic application methods of applying SkimStone (a cement based product for floors and countertops) are demonstrated. A floor and countertop are recoated and decorated using the SkimStone line. Tinting methods, proper mixing, trowelling and topcoating are all discussed and demonstrated.
METALLIC FINISHES: METALLIC PAINT COLLECTION AND METAL EFFECTS
In this 29 minute dvd, various treatments using Modern Masters Metallic Paint Collection and Modern Masters Metal Effects line are demonstrated. Finishes shown are Strie with Metallics, Faux Gold Leaf Finishes, Stencils with Metallic Paint, Rolling with Metallic Paint, Rusted Iron Effects and Copper with Green Patina.
